The Massachusetts Legal Recruitment Association (MALRA) is a professional, non-profit, service organization comprised of legal recruitment administrators and law school career services professionals. Founded in 1982, MALRA’s main purpose and objective is to promote the quality, image and reputation of the legal recruitment and law school career services professionals, as well as promote the exchange of information, ideas and experiences.

MALRA strives to provide a forum of education, friendship and camaraderie among its members through monthly meetings, programs and social gatherings. Our organization fully supports the goals, programs and strategic plans that have been set by NALP (National Association of Law Placement).
